Dear Rabbi Scheinfeld,
Just want to start off by thanking you for the best
summer of my life! From the second I got to the airport I realized I made the
rite desicion by choosing kanfei. I could not have asked for a better group of
kids. I made friendships that will hopefully last forever. I know you must have
heard this a hundred times but you really picked THE BEST staff imaginable! Each
counsler contributed so much to the ruach of the camp and really enhanced our
summer so much! I was able to connect to the counslers rite away and now that
the summer is over I still keep in touch with them,and I made an extremely close
relationship with a couple of the counslers that now I would just consider them
as one of my friends.
Along with the summer being so much fun I also think
it made me open my eyes and appreciate things I would have never even opened my
eyes to. Kanfei really made me grow as a person internally,and my family and
friends were even able to tell. Also even though you were not so happy with our
davening this summer,ironically I really think that my davening grew
tremendously this summer and in that way kanfei also had an effect on me
spiritually.
Rabbi- I can't thank you enough for all the hard
scheduling,planning and your devotion and dedication that you gave in order to
make all our dream reality!
From the second my parents picked me up from the
airport I started to cry.I thought back on all the amazing times we all shared.
I'm really going to miss camp soo much(even our shiurim). So thank you
again!
All the memories and friendships I made this summer will stay with me
for the rest of my life!

Hiiii Rabbi Schienfeld!!!!!
We would like to start off this email by telling you how thankful we are of what
you gave us this summer. Not only did you give us a summer that is to be
unforgotten but you have given us a different aspect on life.
With Rosh Hashanna approaching, all that is on our minds is to call everyone up that
went on kanfei and ask for mechilla and see how they are doing. Kanfei has
opened a new door in our lives. Kanfei has made us spiritual, open minded,
thankful, eager, happy, nice, studious young jewish women. Kanfei has changed us
in the most positive ways.
We have learned sooo many things from sooo many people including counslers. When
people tell us they had an amazing summer, we look them in the eye and tell them
"NO, we had an amazing summer" because the people who "think" they had an
amazing summer really dont know what an amaznig summer is. We really hope you
continue Kanfei on forever and ever so everyone can grow from this expericnce
like we did. We REALLY have "experienced our
imagination!!"
With all of this said, We really wish you a meaningful and amazing rosh hashanna. May
you have a healthy, happy and spiritual year. Thank you for everything you have
given us. You have enriched our lives greatly.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you again for putting together such an
amazing experience for our children. Watching the video gave me chills. It is
truly something special to see a group of frum kids travel throughout the world
and making a kiddush Hashem wherever they go. It is an experience that will stay
with them forever. Please feel free to use us as a raving recomendation for
kanfei to anybody that you would like. A big yasher koach again. Have a happy

It was probably the most inspiring thing I have ever done and all the other counselors and I connected with every one of the campers and I feel like they are part of my family... i just am a little upset that the camp is only 5 1/2 weeks long it should be longer.. the camp was great and I can't wait to come back next year!"
